By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date below records the last revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

This is the corporate website of IHGIZ Solutions. It describes the company, its platform and its products. It is not the IHGIZ product itself, it does not take bookings, and nothing on it creates an account or a subscription.

Our products are provided under their own agreements. Where anything here differs from a signed agreement between us, that agreement prevails.

Descriptions of products, capabilities, roadmap items and commercial models on this site are for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they are not a commitment to deliver any particular feature by any particular date. Items marked as building or planned are exactly that.

Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or investment advice. Material in the investor area is provided for discussion under separate terms and confidentiality.

This site links to our product properties and occasionally to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of anything we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. It is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Market figures, projections and third-party statistics quoted here come from sources we believe to be reliable and are included for context, not as a warranty of their accuracy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with this site is limited to AED 1,000.

Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are unaffected.

When you contact us through this site, or we reply, we are communicating electronically. You agree that electronic communications and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this site, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, together with the regulations of the Dubai Development Authority applicable to us as a licensee.

The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction.
