One engine behind every way people book
Most booking tools start from a calendar and hope customers come to it. We started from the conversation. IHGIZ is the engine that turns a message — on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or the web — into a confirmed appointment that lands in everyone's calendar correctly.

What the engine does
Book from a conversation
Someone asks for a time in a message and gets one back. No app to install, no account to create, no link that opens something unfamiliar.
One inbox for every channel
WhatsApp, Telegram, email and the web portal all arrive in the same place, with the same history, whichever way the customer got in touch.
Confirmations that send themselves
Confirmations, reminders and changes go out on their own, in the customer's language, through the channel they already used.
Rescheduling without the back-and-forth
A customer can propose a different time and the organiser can accept it in one tap. Everyone's calendar updates itself.
Calendars that stay in step
Apple, Outlook and Google receive proper calendar invitations, not a link to a web page. Accepting one updates the real calendar entry.
Arabic first, five more after
Right-to-left is how the product was built, not a setting bolted on. English, French, Spanish, German and Russian follow.
Built on the calendar standards, not around them
Every invitation, reply and cancellation IHGIZ sends is a standards-compliant calendar message. That is an unglamorous engineering decision with a very practical result: it works with the calendar software your customers already use, and it keeps working when they change it.
- Invitations that Apple, Outlook and Google all read the same way
- Replies parsed from the calendar message itself, not guessed from text
- Cancellations and updates that correct the original entry instead of adding another
- No plug-in to install on anyone's machine
The same engine, five different worlds
Booking a dentist, a holiday home, a test drive, a padel court and a concert seat look like five different problems. Underneath they are the same one: somebody has time to give and somebody wants it. Each product in the family is that shared engine, dressed for its own world — which is why a new one takes months rather than years.
Three ways to deploy itLet's talk about your bookings
