People here book by messaging. We think the software should work that way too — so we build booking products that meet customers in the chat they're already in.
How we got here
We noticed something, and nobody had built for it
It started with a simple thing we kept noticing: in this part of the world, appointments get made in conversations — a WhatsApp to the clinic, a message to the salon — not on websites. Yet every tool available expected people to stop messaging and go fill in a form, usually in English. So businesses did it by hand, and things got missed.
We built IHGIZ to close that gap, and it grew into a family of products for homes, cars, clubs and events. We're based at in5 Tech in Dubai Internet City and licensed by the Dubai Development Authority.
