Built into your systems
For teams who can't just add another app
Large organisations and government already run their own systems, with rules about where data lives. We put IHGIZ's booking inside all of that, instead of asking you to work around it.
Sometimes signing up for another cloud tool simply isn't possible — for security, for regulation, or because everything has to live in one place. So we bring the booking to you: on your servers or your cloud, connected to the systems your teams already work in, following your rules about data. We scope it with your IT people first, and we support it afterwards.

How it works
We start with your constraints
A working session with your IT and compliance people: what systems you run, where data must live, what has to be logged.
We agree the plan in writing
Where it will be installed, what it connects to, and how the rules are met — before anyone writes code.
We build and connect it
The engine goes into your environment and talks to the systems and calendars you already use.
We hand over and support it
Your teams run it with our training, support and an agreed service level — or we run it alongside you.
How it works
From a message to a confirmed appointment
Someone messages to book. We turn that into a real appointment in everyone's calendar, then handle the reminders, the changes and the cancellations. That's the engine behind every product we make — and you can use it three ways.
Someone asks for a time
A message on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or your booking page. No app to install, no account to make — they use whatever they already have open.
We read it, in their language
Arabic or English, formal or not, a date written any of the ways people actually write dates. The engine works out what was asked for.
A real time gets held
Against your actual availability, your notice period and your buffers — not a form that lets two people book the same slot.
Everyone gets a proper invitation
A standards-compliant calendar invitation goes out to both sides. Not a link to a website. The real thing, the way the calendar spec defines it.
It appears in the calendar they already use
Google, Apple, Outlook. Nothing to install, nothing to connect, no plug-in — because it was a correct invitation in the first place.
And the changes are handled too
Reminders go out. A reschedule moves the appointment on both sides. A cancellation clears it everywhere. That is the part that eats the day, and it is the part that stops.
Let's talk about your bookings
